Great company that has serviced our air conditioner for years. Highly recommend them for affordable, responsive, quality service. They don't try to sell you anything that you don't need, or fix anything that isn't broken (like some other AC companies). I would recommend them to anyone!
It was on a Saturday when my a/c stopped working. I did not know who to call so I checked the Better Business Bureau’s website and found Adams Refrigeration. I called them and they answered the phone on Saturday. The service man was at my was within two hours, found the problem and fixed it at what I thought was a VERY fair price. He explained what the little silver can thing (capacitor ?) did, replaced it with one on his truck and I was again cooling. I see why they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I will be recommending them to everyone that I know.
Last July 4th my a/c went out, and called several companies that could not make it out. With two little ones in the house I wasn't sure if we could make it through the weekend. I called Adams and they were able to send a tech out that day, they kept us cooling through the weekend and had our a/c replaced the following Monday. Thank you for making my family cool, we will definitely recommend your company to our friends and family, and continue to use your company.
The outside fan motor on my air conditioner stopped working so I had no cooling, and it was on SATURDAY. I called around to find someone to sell me a motor but everyone wanted to charge me $500.00 to $700.00 to put it in. When I called Adams Refrigeration they actually had a live person answer the phone and they told me that they could have someone come fix my a/c that day. When I told them that I wanted to purchase the motor and I could put it in, they told me no problem. They had me meet them at their shop and opened it up for me on a Saturday, sold me the motor and I fixed my system for less than $200.00. The person who opened the store was very helpful and showed me how to hook up the new motor. Thanks Adams.
